Since 2001, Oliver Systems has been providing software development and information systems consulting services to Nonprofit and Government customers. Oliver Systems provides consulting, design, development, customization and integration services for web and data processing applications offering a mix of experience, skills, proven methodologies and enthusiasm for IT.

David Oliver , the owner and founder of Oliver Systems, leads each project from design through development to user approval and delivery. Prior to founding his company, David spent over a decade providing direct service and service administration for supportive housing related projects in New York city. He has a BA from Yale University and a Masters in International Economic Development from Columbia University. He has a Web Application Design Certificate from Columbia University's School of Professional Studies, a Geographic Information Science (GIS) Certificate from Hunter College and has completed courses in database design, data mining and data warehouse development.

Past projects have included an ecommerce site for a non-profit foundation, a large scale data migration for a social services agency, a data vizualization tool for operations research optimizations, an application processing system for supportive housing and case management services, a member and provider database system for a Medicaid/Medicare health insurer, an event registration web site, a web portal application for collecting supportive housing vacancies, a membership management application for a membership organization, technology assessment for nonprofit foundation, and a data collection and reporting system for New York City's Continuum of Care Housing Inventory and Point In Time homelessness counts.
